We are back from
our honeymoon now, and just wanted to say thank you very much for being the
perfect host of our wedding celebration on 23rd August, 2008.
We could not have asked for a better way to celebrate. Our guests loved the
setting and the food was really good. Thank you for organizing such a perfect

I held my wedding here in
mid August 2008. There have been so many mixed reviews of this place that I was hoping all would go well. And it did! All of my guests thought that it was
beautiful. You cannot beat the scenery. Our ceremony was at 5:30 so the weather
was just beginning to cool off and we ended up having perfect weather right
around dinner time.
The thing that is great about this place is that you have very much control
about who you will be hiring and what little details you want to use. My ma was
not particularly loving the chairs provided for the ceremony or dinner the
manager, Geraldine, let us know where we could rent chairs that were more
stylish. We had an open bar until 9 and until 10:30 had beer and wine. People
really appreciated the fact that they could drink whatever they wanted to. It
made the party a lot more fun as well with many people losing their inhibitions
and such. About the drinks....you can bring your own! Go to Costco, Bev Mo,
whatever and save so much money on any kind of liquor you want. For a wedding of
120 adults we went through over 60 bottles of champagne. Crazy.
We had a really great florist from Santa Cruz who filled that place from top to
bottom with the most beautiful arrangements ever.
You can stay in the mansion over night and get a warm breakfast in the morning.
There are 5 rooms upstairs and we filled them with us, our parents, my g pa, and
my husbands sister. It felt great to stay to the end the night with all the
guests and just walk up some stairs and open another bottle of champagne! The
guests do not need to worry about driving because there is a shuttle that will
pick them up and take them to and from the Holiday Inn that is only 10 minutes
away.

When you are
looking for a wedding location there are a few things to consider...you want a
place that you can have a fantastic ceremony, a place where all your photos will
look fabulous, a place where your guests can go from ceremony to reception
without having to travel far and a place that has fabulous food. Wrap it all up
with a price you can afford and you have a pretty special place! Willow Heights
was the place we choose for our wedding and it was more than we ever could have
hoped for.
Things I loved:
-The views are the best. In all my photos and videos I have stunning valley
backdrops!
-They arranged for a dove release that was just awesome! Many places don't let
you do them.
-My event was the only one going on that day so there were no vendor mix ups
-The mansion is extremely impressive...my family thought I was marrying a
millionaire!
-The food (I had a buffet) was great and all my guests got enough to eat
-The staff was very helpful and took great care of my guests
-The rooms upstairs were perfect for the bridal party to ready themselves for
the event. Afterwards we stayed the night and were able to have a few romantic
quite moments in the sunken bathtub in the wedding suite!
I had a fairy tale wedding and my family and friends are still talking about it!

Excellent service, very organized, food was excellent. The general manager of Willow Heights was a pleasure to work with throughout the year of planning my daughter's wedding and very upfront about all cost and conditions. I have attended 5 different weddings throughout the last 10 years @ this place and all have been wonderful which prompted us to have our daughter's wedding there. The security team, bartender, wait-staff etc. were tremendous in getting this wedding done without a hitch, our guests (all 200 of them) are still talking about my daughter's wedding. They have the best list of recommended vendors (dj's, flowers, photographers etc. all at my fingertips with little stress in finding the right vendors for this event. The views are fantastic, If you hold the ceremony there, like we did, it is magical @ sunset. we highly recommend Willow Heights and look forward to the next wedding we attend there.

Beautiful!! Family and friends still talking about my wedding. I had the ceremony and reception there the beginning of May and after a year of planning the end result was great. The person who runs the place was hands on on every detail which made my mother's stress level and mine near nothing. She is a very strict professional and to the point on how things operate there and at the same time so accommodating to how I wanted things set up and the wait staff, security, bartender were great . We hired some vendors from the recommended list they have (great DJ) and some of our own . The food was very good with different selections to please everybody and everyone was served in a timely manner. Highly recommend Willow Heights, great views of the valley and the mountains and an evening ceremony is breathtaking. Beautiful place for great pictures. The rental fee for this place is great and they have their own catering service!! (Which eliminates another headache) I have recommended this place to 2 friends who are also getting married in '09 (one being one of my bridesmaid) and one already booked for next spring!! Just want to take a moment to tell how pleased we were with our daughter, Nancy's wedding reception on 8-26-06. We received so many positive comments, phone calls and glowing e-mails. The food was great and father loved the prime rib! Our cousin said the appetizers were the best he had ever had & others said the same thing. We couldn't have asked for nicer day or a better facility. One of our friends said she felt she had stepped in Brides Magazine everything was so beautiful right down to the white lace tablecloths and organza bows. Thank your for your help and input with the planning.

We wanted to Thank you for the outstanding job done by you and your staff at our wedding reception. Our guests repeatedly told us at the reception that this wedding was the best organized and most well-prepared they had seen.
As a majority of our guests work in fine dining establishments, they were all very appreciative of the quality and the diversity of the cuisine. We salute the excellent kitchen staff.
Service throughout the evening was exquisite; from the passing of the hors d' oeuvres to the coffee and the white chocolate dipped strawberries. Everyone was able to sample all that was offered. Not only that the staff was well-trained but also there was plenty of them to ensure that all guests were served promptly. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and working with us to create a custom, special menu.
